I have worked with hundreds of travel entrepreneurs over the past three years and the one thing I have found is that most startups need a trusted and experienced business advisor or expert that they can consult with, call or email to ask a question, help formulate a strategy or facilitate a connection to help grow the business. Whether you are thinking through strategy or contemplating a decision or just need help growing your business I can be there for you and help you move forward. Inner Circle advisory, consulting and coaching service includes:
Introductory advisement session – a 45-minute introductory call where I get to meet you and learn about your travel startup. In the session we can talk about your business, strategy, marketing, or anything pressing at the time that you need help. I want to know where are you in the travel startup path and what do you need now to help you move forward. I then put on my thinking cap and go to work helping you.
1 hour phone calls, once a week or every other week, its up to you. One-on-one strategy calls and advice with you and your executive team, available Monday’s-Friday’s. I’ve found that this is invaluable for entrepreneurs and startups. We schedule around the best time for you. You call my direct line or we use Skype.
A total of 5 hours per month of my time working with you on your project. I generally spend the time writing up strategy, researching or analyzing or talking to my vast network of contacts on behalf of your company. I am also skilled at working on Pitch decks, product mockups, and website product merchandising.
Access to my professional travel network to help you create new partnerships. I am highly skilled in business development and will help you connect with the right people and companies in the travel industry.
Access to advertising opportunities with multiple travel media companies I have built relationships with. Example: I have one business development relationship with a major travel media company that I can get your travel product or offer advertised to 3 million people.
Free Membership in the Travel Startup Founders Network a peer-to-peer networking community for travel startup founders, travel CEO’s, travel executives and investors to connect with one another, a startup mentoring program and a professional business development resource to help you grow your travel business.
